The Sparkling in his eyes

Irgendwie mag ich nicht wie das Bild oben abgeschnitten ist. Ich finde es zu eng, konnte nicht gut fokussieren da er sich eine Menge bewegt hat. Nichtsdestotrotz liebe ich das Funkeln in seinen dunkelgrauen Augen. :-)

Somehow I don’t like the cut on the top of the pic. I found it too narrow, couldn’t focus much since he was moving a lot. Nevertheless, I love the sparkling in his dark grey eyes. Lovely.

Karneval – 2012

Heute ist Karneval. Samara war schon zwei Tage vorher so aufgeregt. Sie wollte sich als Indianermädchen verkleiden und bestand darauf, eine Deutschlandfahne als Kriegsbemalung zu tragen.

Today is Carnival. Samara was so excited already two days before. She wanted to dress up as an Indian girl and insisted to have a German flag painted on her face.

Workshop am 25. Februar 2012 in Kaiserslautern mit Michael Plucik. Es war noch früh morgens und eiskalt! Am Schnattern, aber musste mein Bazooka-Objektiv halten… puh. Aber es machte sehr viel Spaß, lernte neue Freunde kennen. :-) Ich war sehr glücklich, an diesem Workshop teilzunehmen, da es mein erster in Deutschland war, und ich werde sicher noch an mehreren teilnehmen! :-)

Workshop 25 February 2012 in Kaiserslautern with Michael Plucik. It was still in the morning and freezing cold! Shaking a lot, but had to hold my bazooka lens… pheww. But it was really great fun, made some new friends:). I was really happy to participate in this workshop because it was my first one in Germany, and I will surely participate in more!

2012

Ich beendete 2011 mit der Geburtstagsfeier meiner Tochter Samara. Er ist am 31. Dezember. Nun, die eigentliche Party fand im Indoor-Spielplatz “Casa Bambini” in unserer Stadt am 8. Januar statt. Es war eine tolle Feier für sie. Sie wollte alles in ROT. Also machten wir alles in rot. :-) Es war auch für mich ziemlich aufregend, da ich Monate vorher anfangen musste alles vorzubereiten, wann immer ich also etwas in Rot fand… habe ich es einfach gekauft. ;-) Ich war so zufrieden mit der Dekoration *Schulterklopf*. Wunderbare Gäste und leckere Kuchen machten alles noch besser! :-) Aber das Allerbeste war für uns der aufgeregte Gesichtsausdruck, mit dem sie die Kerzen ausblies! Happy Birthday, Samara!

I finished 2011 with the birthday celebration of my daughter Samara. It’s on 31 December. Well, the actual party was at the Indoor Playground “Casa Bambini” in our city on 8 January 2012. It was a great party for her. She wanted her party in RED. So we put everything in RED. It was quite exciting for me, too, since I had to prepare everything already months before, like every time I found something nice in red… I just bought it. I was so satisfied with the decoration *pat on the shoulder*. Wonderful guests and yummy cakes made it even greater! And most of all, we were so happy when we saw the excited look on her face when she blew out the candles! Happy Birthday, Samara!
